Wed June 25: After hanging out due to be weather, in Water Cove for three days, we took off with light winds and mostly behind us. Made our way to
Sequin Island just two miles south of the mouth of the Kennebec River. Beautiful little cove with a few moorings for anyone to use. Rocky cliffs on one side with pine forest and lower rocky shore on the other side. Took the trail up to light house and poked around. Quite a view. Two days of clear sunny skies. We will enjoy this while we can.
